Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Talent Specialist to support the Talent Solution Center, serving as the initial contact for employees and driving service delivery. The role includes managing Workday inquiries, onboarding, I-9 verifications, and data integrity across HR systems.

You'll collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Management, handle data reporting, and assist in training and events while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business administration or communications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and independent as well as team work capability.

Responsibilities

• Help Case Support on Workday and respond to benefits, payroll, and policy inquiries.
• Assist in employee onboarding and new hire orientation in Workday.
• Maintain compliant employee files and complete I-9 and E-Verify procedures.
• Support data audits, reporting, meetings, and HRIS/eLearning tasks as needed.
