Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Talent Advisor to partner with Operations leaders and drive proactive talent solutions across manufacturing, distribution, and offices in Wisconsin.

You will build workforce plans, support organizational change, and maintain data integrity across the Talent function while enhancing employee engagement and experience. Regular travel to Wisconsin locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational development, or related field.
• Previous HR Generalist experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to forecast talent needs and design proactive solutions.
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity and provide workforce reporting in Workday.
• Support employee relations and policy guidance across locations.
