Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Talent Specialist to join the Talent Solution Center. You will support the Talent Team and be the initial contact for employees, ensuring efficient, scalable service delivery and assisting in Talent projects and employee data management.

You will handle Help Cases in Workday, support onboarding, ensure compliance with I-9 and E-Verify rules, and contribute to data audits and reporting. Collaboration with Talent Acquisition is key for successful orientation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or Communications or equivalent experience.
• Fast-paced, high-volume environment experience preferred.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support Help Case handling in Workday and via phone, resolving inquiries about benefits, payroll, time/attendance, and policies.
• Assist with new hire onboarding in Workday and day-1 orientation.
• Maintain compliance with laws, file and retain I-9 documents, and support background checks.
• Provide administrative support to Talent Learning, Acquisition, and Management; assist in data reporting.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
