Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Talent Specialist to support the Talent Solution Center and serve as the initial contact for employees. You will help manage employee data, assist in Talent projects, and ensure scalable service delivery across the organization.

The role requires an associate degree and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with Talent teams, support onboarding, and help with HR data audits and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or Communications is required.
• Fast-paced, high-volume environment experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail, organization, time management and follow-up skills are required.
• Proficiency in Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help Case Support: address Help Cases in Workday and over the phone for benefits, payroll, time/attendance and policies.
• Document onsite inquiries and resolutions in the Workday Help case system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to employees with professionalism and empathy.
• Escalate complex issues to HR Help Desk Manager or HR specialist for resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of Talent policies and procedures to ensure accurate responses.
