This execution‑focused role requires strong organization, action orientation, and the ability to move work from concept to completion while partnering with functional leaders on strategy and long‑term processes.

Initially focused on HR and shared services, the role may support projects across affiliated companies.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, operations, consulting, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and move projects from concept through completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational priorities and approved initiatives into clear, actionable project plans.
• Establish project scope, milestones, timelines, responsibilities, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate work across stakeholders, clarify commitments, and drive accountability for meeting deadlines.
• Maintain project momentum through consistent follow‑up, problem solving, and accountability.
• Identify risks, unresolved decisions, resource constraints, and other barriers to successful implementation.
• Escalate issues appropriately while proactively resolving issues within the project team's control.
• Manage projects through implementation, stabilization, and transition to the appropriate long‑term process owner.
