Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, operations, consulting, process improvement, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and move projects from concept through completion.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to take loosely defined objectives and create structure around them.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational priorities and approved initiatives into clear, actionable project plans.
• Establish project scope, milestones, timelines, responsibilities, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate work across stakeholders, clarify commitments, and drive accountability for meeting deadlines.
• Maintain project momentum through consistent follow-up, problem solving, and accountability.
• Identify risks, unresolved decisions, resource constraints, and other barriers to successful implementation.
• Escalate issues appropriately while proactively resolving issues within the project team's control.
• Manage projects through implementation, stabilization, and transition to the appropriate long-term process owner.
• Partner with functional leaders to evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
