Job summary

Cohere is hiring a People Systems and Automation Manager to redesign and automate HR processes across Rippling, Slack, Notion, and related tools. You will own the employee lifecycle end-to-end, improving onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility while reducing manual touchpoints.

You will join a small HR Operations team during a Rippling implementation, with greenfield opportunities and opportunity to influence how this function scales across the organization in coming years.

Qualifications

• Experience building People Ops/HR systems at fast-growing companies.
• Ability to design and automate HR workflows across tooling.
• Familiarity with triggers, conditions, integrations and failure modes.

Responsibilities

• Design processes and automate them across HR platforms.
• Map current People processes and redesign before automation.
• Build workflows and automations across HRIS and wider tooling.
• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle and onboarding/offboarding.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance on controls and reporting.
• Write SOPs and runbooks, maintain process documentation.
• Drive internal mobility processes like promotions and transfers.
