Job summary

Nerdio seeks a Senior People Operations & Systems Manager to own Rippling and scale our global People systems infrastructure. This role leads data-driven HR operations, governance, and automation across 40+ countries, partnering with Legal, Finance, IT, and external vendors.

You will drive system adoption, build scalable workflows, and advance reporting, analytics, and governance to support rapid growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, or HR Systems leadership.
• Deep experience with Rippling (preferred) or similar HRIS platforms.
• Strong analytics and data storytelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Rippling administration, including configurations, permissions, integrations and workflow design.
• Design and scale global HR processes across onboarding, lifecycle changes, and compliance across 40+ countries.
• Own U.S. leave administration workflows, including FMLA and state programs; ensure compliance and integration with HRIS.
