Job summary
Metropolis is seeking a Manager, People Solutions to oversee Central People Operations, reporting to the Director, People Operations. You will serve as the operational bridge between frontline processing and leadership by driving team performance against daily delivery objectives, automating workflows, and resolving complex transactional escalations.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in People/HR Operations with leadership experience.
- Hands-on with HRIS platforms (Workday/UKG/ADP) and data accuracy.
- Proven ability to improve processes with automation/AI.
- Experience partnering with Payroll, HR, Legal, Benefits, and Field Leaders.
- Strong analytics and end-to-end project delivery skills.
- Ownership, clear expectations, and reliable delivery.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional influence.
- Creative problem-solving and bias for action.
Responsibilities
- Establish and optimize SOPs and daily delivery schedules.
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and audit framework.
- Lead automation and AI initiatives for intake and triage.
- Handle complex employee transactional escalations.
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, and Field Leadership.
- Analyze field data and drive corrective actions with leadership.
- Provide performance reporting and insights to leadership.
- Coach and develop a team of Coordinators across queues.
- Promote transparent communication and feedback-driven improvement.
- Lead major operational projects end-to-end with cross-training.
