Job summary

Metropolis seeks a Manager, People Solutions to oversee Central People Operations, driving daily delivery, automating workflows, and resolving escalations. You will mentor a team of Coordinators, translate data into insights, and partner with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, and Field Leadership to fuel rapid growth.

You’ll implement SOPs, maintain HRIS accuracy, and lead AI initiatives. The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decisions, and scaling the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Operations or related field with supervisory experience.
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, or ADP.
• Proven track record implementing process improvements and automation within Ops.
• Experience partnering with Payroll, HR, Legal, Benefits, and Field Leadership on complex transactions.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, refine, and maintain SOPs and schedules for high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee HRIS data accuracy and audit processes.
• Lead automation and AI initiatives, including LLM-assisted intake and routing.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex employee transactions.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, and Field Leadership on priorities.
• Analyze field-level errors and drive corrective actions.
• Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
• Coach and develop a team of coordinators and manage SLA performance.
• Foster inclusive culture and implement feedback systems to elevate output.
• Lead large-scale projects end-to-end and ensure cross-training coverage.
