Job summary

Team Select Home Care of Colorado, LLC is seeking a People Services Specialist to support branch recruitment and employment processes. You will ensure documentation accuracy, maintain personnel files, and guide staff to corporate resources for policy and benefits.

The role emphasizes compliance readiness and precise administration. Key responsibilities include onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, records management, and HRIS support (Workday).

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with consistent follow-through.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply policies and procedural documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound problem solving skills and practical decision-making ability.
• Computer proficiency including MS Office; experience with HR systems preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory requirements preferred.
• Associate degree or one to two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding and employment processing with accurate documentation within timelines.
• Process I-9 documentation and E-Verify compliance.
• Maintain personnel records throughout the employee lifecycle and renewals.
• Monitor licensure, certifications, and credential renewals; notify stakeholders.
• Manage HRIS and related systems (Workday, EMR, L&D) for accuracy.
• Provide guidance to employees/managers on benefits, policy, and resources.
• Escalate complex issues to leadership and central support.
• Support performance review tracking and related admin processes.
