Job summary

Team Select Home Care seeks a People Services Specialist to support branch workforce, manage onboarding, and maintain personnel records with accurate documentation. You will guide employees to corporate resources for benefits and policies, ensuring compliance and data integrity across HRIS and related systems.

The role requires close attention to detail, professional communication, and the ability to escalate complex issues to leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1–2 years related experience.
• Knowledge of HR processes, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to read and apply policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office and HR systems preferred.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding and employment processing accurately within established timelines.
• Process I-9 documentation and complete E-Verify requirements per regulations.
• Maintain personnel records throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee HRIS, EMR, and LMS system updates for data accuracy and system functionality.
• Guide employees to corporate resources for policies and benefits.
• Assist with performance review tracking and related administrative tasks.
• Escalate issues to leadership when needed.
• Ensure file audits and regulatory readiness.
