Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a People Services Specialist to support the Colorado Springs branch, ensuring onboarding, employment processing, and accurate recordkeeping for compliance and smooth operations.

You will manage I-9 and E-Verify, licensure tracking, HRIS updates, and act as a resource to employees and managers, with a focus on confidentiality and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1–2 years related experience required.
• Read, interpret, and apply HR policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; HR systems experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute new hire/rehire onboarding with timely documentation.
• Process I-9 and E-Verify per federal regulations.
• Maintain personnel records throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Track licensure, certifications, and renewals; notify deadlines.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and system updates (Workday).
• Provide guidance to employees and managers to corporate resources.
