Job summary

Qualifications

• Call center or HR/admin experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Experience with HRIS (Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong customer service to diverse internal stakeholders.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Tier 1 employee inquiries via phone, in person, email, or ticketing.
• Resolve requests within SLA and escalate Tier 2 as needed.
• Assist with processing absences and call offs, including sick time, jury duty, bereavement, or general call offs.
• Support staffing and scheduling changes, attendance, and payroll inquiries.
• Assist onboarding, I-9 processing, orientation and training support.
• Support licenses, certifications, and training initiatives; Time and Attendance actions.
• Partner with ESC Leadership on day-to-day orientation.
• Provide on-site ESC office support and tasks to sustain operations.
