Job summary

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. in New York seeks a part-time Arena Concourse Supervisor to lead front line staff across food & beverage, merchandise and guest service areas, ensuring an exceptional guest experience during events.

You will coach, monitor performance, conduct pre-shift meetings, and collaborate with multiple departments in a fast-paced setting while upholding safety, DOH regulations, and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in events, sports, theatre operations.
• 60 credit hours of college coursework or equivalent certifications.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, Bar, Custodial/Housekeeping, and Merchandise management is desirable.
• Experience supervising union staff preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder mobilization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front line staff in Food & Beverage, merchandise, custodial, and guest services.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and maintain high energy.
• Coach and provide feedback to colleagues; manage DOH and city code compliance.
• Address guest concerns and provide recovery solutions.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the venue.
• Collaborate with departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
