Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
• Must have problem solving/conflict resolution skills.
• Able to handle heavy volume of customer communications (phone, email, letters, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Handle calls and respond to written communications, including on-site presence at events.
• Process make-good ticketings and re-ticketing as needed (thousands per year).
• Coordinate orders for accessible accommodations and manage ADA ticket inventory with box office.
• Compile Guest Relations summaries using data from calls, emails, chats, and letters for senior management.
