Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a People Practices coordinator to support delivery of employee and candidate lifecycle services within a business unit or large project site. You will partner with the business partner team to execute onboarding processes, cultural initiatives, and employee engagement activities, serving as the first contact for employees and coaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field required.
• 2–4 years of experience in human resources, operations support, employee engagement, or a related field required.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP/PHR or equivalent certification preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check required.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the business partner team to support delivery of employee and candidate lifecycle programs and services.
• Serves as a first point of contact for employees and coaches, guiding them to People Practices resources and escalating complex matters.
• Interprets and applies company policies to ensure consistent support at the local level.
• Coordinates onboarding processes, including 30/60/90-day check-ins with new employees and coaches.
• Collaborates with COEs and People Operations to execute local People Practices services, training logistics, orientation, and local programming.
• Organizes People Practices events and connection points to support engagement, inclusion, safety, and cultural alignment.
• Supports interview coordination and off-boarding activities such as asset retrieval and system updates.
