Anaplan is seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Project Manager to be a foundational member of our new People Team PMO. In this role, you will shape the operational backbone of the People Team.

While amplified by AI and automation, your focus will shift from manual tracking toward high‑value strategic delivery, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. You will help build and operate a structured framework that standardizes how the People Team delivers on its most critical goals,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project or program management in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with modern project management software as central system of record.
• Passion for technology and AI/automation to drive efficiency.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to align stakeholders at all levels.
• Data-driven, analytical thinker who can identify risks and guide projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of People Team initiatives from intake to completion.
• Define standardized project management processes and templates.
• Drive adoption of central project management platform as single source of truth.
• Leverage AI capabilities to automate sub-task generation and status summaries.
• Ensure projects align with CPO priorities and company strategy.
• Prepare data-driven updates on status, risks, and outcomes.
• Audit workflows to improve PMO operating model.
