Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and align stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of People Team initiatives from intake to completion, e.g., Performance Management, Engagement Surveys, Compliance.
• Establish and run the PMO with standardized processes, templates, and best practices; drive adoption of the central PM platform as the single source of truth.
• Leverage AI capabilities within the PM software to automate sub-task generation, summarize statuses, and optimize schedules.
• Promote an 'Automate First' mindset to streamline repeatable tasks and workflows from intake to final reporting.
• Ensure projects align with the Chief People Officer's priorities and the company's strategic objectives and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
