Job summary

Anaplan is seeking a Project Manager to join the People Team PMO. You will help shape the operational backbone, moving from manual tracking toward high-value strategic delivery, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment, amplified by AI and automation.

You will build and operate a structured framework that standardizes project management, ensuring initiatives are aligned with priorities and driving cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project or program management, preferably within an HR/People team or similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience with modern project management software as a central system of record and collaboration.
• Genuine passion for technology and AI/automation to drive efficiency and insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of People Team initiatives from intake to completion.
• Define and implement standardized PMO processes, templates, and best practices.
• Leverage AI capabilities to automate sub-task generation and status summaries, optimize schedules and identify bottlenecks.
• Provide data-driven updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
