Job summary

JetBrains is hiring a Project Manager to establish and lead the PMO for the People department. You will build the operational core, set frameworks, and act as a bridge between People subteams and cross‑functional partners such as Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product divisions.

You will balance process design with hands‑on delivery, own projects, and drive structured change across the organization while maintaining clarity on priorities and success metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in People/HR/internal operations.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to translate context between teams and seniority levels.
• Experience with digital tools and systems, adapting to new platforms.
• Structured approach to work with clear documentation and organized workflows.

Responsibilities

• Run the PMO's coordination rhythm with HR Tech, prioritization cycles and events.
• Design lightweight project management frameworks and templates.
• Mentor colleagues who take on PM responsibilities.
• Plan and coordinate rollout of organizational initiatives via change management.
• Own defined projects from start to finish, tracking timelines and decisions.
• Maintain overview of the People project portfolio and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and implement automation.
• Define success metrics and use data to evaluate outcomes.
