Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience including HRBP, employee relations, or manager coaching.
• Ability to advise leaders, resolve complex people matters, balance employee experience with business needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven with ability to use insights for recommendations.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Coach and advise managers on performance, development, engagement, and workforce decisions.
• Use data and HR judgment to help leaders build high-performing teams.
• Support enterprise HR programs and COE-led processes across client groups.
