Job summary

Green Plains Inc. seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to support plant leaders and employees across assigned facilities.

You will strengthen workforce effectiveness through proactive employee relations, talent management, and coaching, while ensuring disciplined HR administration. As a field‑oriented partner, you will spend significant time in facilities, coaching managers, supporting talent decisions, and ensuring consistent HR process execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related settings.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and workforce regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR resource for employee relations at assigned facilities.
• Conduct workplace investigations and document findings objectively.
• Coach leaders on corrective action, performance, and attendance management.
• Support talent decisions and succession planning.
• Ensure consistent execution of HR processes and documentation.
