Job summary

The role focuses on implementing TDW HR programs and partnering with leaders to align people strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of HR experience in manufacturing or services, with strong knowledge of US labor laws and employment practices, and fluency in English; Spanish or ASL

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business related area of study, human resources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides day to day support to managers on employee development and growth, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Executes TDW HR programs to serve the business with excellence, including onboarding, employee engagement and wellbeing.
• Partner with and coach business leaders to ensure employees are meeting company goals and objectives and that accomplishments are celebrated.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; reviews policies to maintain compliance.
• Collaborates with total rewards, legal, finance, and other teams to drive continuous improvement and solve problems.
