Job summary

DTCC is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to translate business challenges into strategic people initiatives. You will drive analytics to support data-driven decisions, mentor leaders, and implement HR programs aligned with DTCC's vision.

The role emphasizes employee relations, performance management, regulatory compliance, and collaboration across HR and other stakeholders to sustain a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
• Experience building relationships across the HR function globally and across the organization.
• Experience working for a global organization and managing international managers and stakeholders across different countries.

Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges or needs and translate them into business-focused people strategies that contribute to success.
• Develop and grow leadership capability and effectiveness through coaching and mentoring leaders on business and people issues.
• Drive the development and use of analytics to support data-driven business decision-making and outcomes.
• Implement and promote HR programs and practices that align with DTCC business strategy, vision and objectives.
• Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, conflict resolution, ensuring a positive workplace culture, and legal compliance.
• Performance Management: Lead performance management and year-end planning including communications, compensation reviews, promotion requests, performance reviews and the development of action plans.
