Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, payroll and employee communications at our venues. This role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy of personnel records, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

You will coordinate recruiting activities, assist with orientations, maintain files in the HRIS, and serve as primary contact for employee concerns and payroll tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of payroll and personnel record keeping principles and related laws.
• Experience with HRIS systems and personnel data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data handling.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
