Job summary

Vivenu seeks a hands-on People Partner in New York to build our US HR function from the ground up, partnering with the VP People in Dusseldorf. This on-site role anchors local programs, aligns US operations with Germany-based policy, and shapes how we scale in a fast-growing B2B environment.

You will own employee lifecycle, performance, compliance, payroll liaison with Rippling, and close collaboration with Sales and CX leaders across NY, Tampa, and Dusseldorf, travelling as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in an HRBP/People Partner role.
• Experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and NY-specific regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted People Partner for US and Germany-based leaders across Revenue & CX.
• Lead US onboarding, performance reviews, compliance, and payroll liaison with PEO.
• Collaborate with US/Tampa/Dusseldorf teams to design scalable HR programs.
