Job summary

vivenu, a global leader in live entertainment tech, seeks a seasoned People Partner based in New York to build and scale our US HR capabilities. You’ll partner with leaders in the US and Germany, shape local people programs, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions while staying hands-on in a fast-paced, B2B sales environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a dedicated HR Business Partner or People Partner role.
• Deep knowledge of US employment law, payroll practices, and benefits administration (New York focus).
• Proficient with HRIS (Rippling), ATS, Google Suite and Notion.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership advisory and business acumen to US and Germany-based Revenue and CX leaders.
• Collaborate with the Dusseldorf-based People Team and Talent Acquisition for a seamless hiring experience.
• Maintain presence in New York and travel to Tampa; periodic trips to Dusseldorf/Germany.
• Drive end-to-end core people programs such as performance reviews and talent assessments.
• Partner with managers to set standards and development plans.
• Manage US employee lifecycle and payroll data in Rippling.
