Job summary

Vivvi is hiring a Client Success Manager in New York, capable of managing enterprise client accounts across the full lifecycle, from implementation to renewal and expansion. You will lead executive reviews and present performance insights to HR, Benefits and C-suite leaders.

The role is based in Tribeca with a hybrid model (3 days in-office) and occasional travel, partnering with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise-level partnerships with HR/Benefits/People leaders.
• Strong data fluency and ability to work with data sets, reports, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise employer accounts across the full lifecycle (implementation, launch, adoption, renewal, expansion).
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for HR, Benefits and People leaders to drive retention and account growth.
• Analyze utilization and program performance data to deliver executive reviews and strategic recommendations.
