Hill, Barth & King LLC in Holmdel, NJ, seeks a dynamic People Partner (HR Business Partner) to support our Mid-Atlantic offices and national HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate will blend strategic insight with hands-on execution across employee relations, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. This role requires 3–4 days per week in office and periodic travel to NY, New Jersey, and eastern Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years HR generalist experience, preferably in professional services or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with HRIS (Workday preferred) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
• Serve as trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR matters.
• Assist with performance management, goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
