Hill, Barth & King LLC is seeking a dynamic People Partner (HR Business Partner) to support our Mid-Atlantic offices from Melville, NY, with a hybrid in-office schedule. The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and compliance across multiple offices.

You will partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives, manage HR operations in Workday, and contribute to talent strategies in a growing accounting and advisory firm.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years HR generalist experience in a professional services firm or similar.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office Suite.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: support onboarding and orientation, assist integration and retention strategies.
• Employee Relations & Performance Management: advise employees and managers, address concerns, support reviews and PIPs.
• Compliance & Policy Management: ensure adherence to laws, handle investigations and separations.
• HR Operations & Systems: maintain accurate HRIS records and generate reports.
• Culture, Engagement & Development: support inclusion and training needs, promote firm events.
• Strategic HR Partnership: collaborate with HR functions and provide HR data insights for decisions.
