Job summary

Gellert Global Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner in Madison, NJ to serve as a trusted advisor across employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, training, and workforce planning. This role supports business priorities while fostering a compliant, high-performing workplace aligned with our values.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of progressive HR experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, HR compliance, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, and HR best practices.
Demonstrated ability to build credibility and trusted partnerships with employees, managers, and leaders at all levels.
Strong coaching, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with discretion.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ADP or other HRIS platforms preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to understand business needs and provide practical HR guidance and support.
Build relationships with employees and managers as a trusted HR contact.
Provide employee relations support including coaching and investigations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies; coordinate with external counsel as needed.
Support workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and interviews.
Facilitate the performance management process including goal setting and reviews.
Support compensation, benefits administration, and HRIS data maintenance.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Participate in HR projects to improve policies, practices, systems, and processes.
