Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring a People Partner for Engineering and Product as a remote-first role. You will coach leaders across international teams, support performance and growth discussions, and contribute to organizational design while collaborating with Employee Relations and People Operations.

This role focuses on proactive 1:1 coaching, identifying patterns, and guiding teams through change, with emphasis on judgment, discretion, and fairness in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching leaders through performance, growth, and team change.
• Strong judgment and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
• Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to support team health, performance, and talent density.
• Coach leads and managers through feedback, performance, conflict, growth conversations, and team change.
• Run proactive one-to-one sessions mainly with leads and team members to surface issues early.
• Contribute to organisational design, advising on team structures, spans and layers, and capability gaps.
• Support leaders and teams through change, such as team moves and new ways of working.
• Support key People programs for Engineering and Product (performance reviews, engagement, recognition, lead enablement).
• Work with Employee Relations and Legal on early-stage issues and escalations.
• Spot patterns across teams and share them with the wider People team to shape initiatives.
• Work with People Operations and Compliance on terminations, mobility, and local country requirements.
