Job summary

ElevenLabs seeks a remote-first People Partner to coach leaders, support performance, growth, and change across Engineering and Product teams worldwide. You’ll partner with People Ops, ER, and Compliance to maintain culture and drive talent initiatives in a fast-moving environment.

You will work across time zones, help design teams, and lead initiatives that enhance engagement, recognition, and leadership development while scaling operations globally.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching leaders through performance, growth, and team change.
• Strong coaching skills with the ability to guide managers through difficult conversations.
• Ability to work across time zones and cultures in a high-velocity environment.
• Experience supporting Engineering or Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to support team health and talent density.
• Coach leads through feedback, performance, conflict, growth conversations, and team change.
• Run proactive 1:1 sessions with leads and, where needed, with individual contributors.
• Contribute to organizational design work, advising on team structures and capability gaps.
• Support leaders through changes such as team moves and new ways of working.
• Support key People programs (performance reviews, engagement, recognition, lead enablement).
• Collaborate with Employee Relations and Legal on early-stage issues as needed.
• Identify patterns across teams and share insights to shape People initiatives.
• Support termination, mobility, and local requirements with People Ops and Compliance.
