Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a people and leadership partner to coach engineering and product leaders across international teams, focusing on performance, growth, and change as the company scales globally.

You will run proactive 1:1 sessions with leads and, where needed, individual contributors; contribute to organizational design; and support leaders through change and various people programs such as performance reviews, engagement, and recognition.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting leaders and teams through performance, coaching, growth, and change.
• Strong coaching skills with the ability to guide managers through difficult conversations.
• Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment and make decisions with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to support team health and performance.
• Coach leads and managers through feedback, performance, conflicts, and growth conversations.
• Run proactive 1:1 sessions with leads and individual contributors as needed.
• Contribute to organizational design work, advising on team structures and capability gaps.
• Support leaders through change such as team moves and new ways of working.
• Support key People programs including performance reviews, engagement, recognition, and enablement.
