Job summary

Province, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented P&O Generalist based in Henderson, NV, with an in-office presence to partner closely with employees, leaders, and shared-services teams. You will support onboarding, P&O operations, data management, and talent processes across the employee lifecycle.

This is an excellent early-career role to gain broad exposure across People & Organization while building foundational HR and business operations experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in HR, Business Admin, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of professional HR/People Operations experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; service-oriented approach.
• Discretion handling confidential employee information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus; familiarity with AI tools (Co-pilot) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes with documentation and system updates.
• Maintain confidential personnel records and HRIS data accuracy.
• Prepare routine/ad-hoc reports on compensation, recruiting, and training.
• Coordinate payroll/benefits data reporting and inquiries.
• Assist with talent acquisition tasks and candidate process management.
• Support employee events and company-wide initiatives.
