Job summary

Province, LLC in Henderson, NV is seeking a detail-oriented P&O Generalist to support day-to-day People & Organization programs across the employee lifecycle. This role requires regular in-office presence at the Henderson headquarters to partner with employees, leaders, and shared-services teams.

You will help with onboarding, data management in ADP, workforce reporting, and talent processes, while contributing to employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in human resources or people operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Confidentiality and discretion in handling employee information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HRIS/ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors, including documentation and system updates.
• Administer P&O operations and maintain confidential personnel records in HRIS.
• Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports on compensation, recruiting, training, and analytics.
• Coordinate talent processes, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Support special projects, events, and open enrollment initiatives.
