Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, business operations, program coordination, or a related field.
• Experience in business operations, program management, project management, or a similar operational leadership role.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and details at the same time.
• Hands-on, practical approach and ownership mindset to keep a team running smoothly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize information and create clear, polished materials.
• Experience supporting budgets, vendors, onboarding, or administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of People Operations initiatives, timelines, meetings, deliverables, and stakeholder input.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and status updates in Asana to keep priorities visible and aligned.
• Help secure information, track action items, and flag delays or dependencies for smooth progress.
• Create documentation such as project plans, meeting notes, decision logs, and status reports.
• Support the team operating rhythm with leadership meetings, quarterly planning, offsites, and business reviews.
• Own onboarding for new People Operations team members, including schedules, resources, and checklists.
