Job summary

Weissman seeks a seasoned Director of People Operations + Strategy to shape how our People function supports the organization today and as we grow. This hands-on leader works with the SVP of HR and cross-functional partners to translate priorities into scalable solutions across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources or People Operations experience.
• 4 to 6 years in a hands-on operational leadership role with end-to-end lifecycle responsibility.
• Experience leading HR operations across multiple disciplines and partnering with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day People operations across HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development, Payroll and Benefits, Performance, Employee Relations, Compliance).
• Translate long-term people and business strategy into actionable roadmaps and execution goals with the SVP HR.
• Act as strategic partner to senior leaders on workforce planning, labor costs, retention, compensation and related decisions.
• Drive organizational change initiatives and evolving business practices while ensuring adoption and minimizing disruption.
• Provide hands-on leadership, resolve operational challenges, and build team capabilities in the HR function.
