Job summary

Riot Platforms is seeking a People Operations Manager, Strategic Initiatives, to organize and accelerate the People Operations function. You will coordinate initiatives, maintain cadence across the team, and build practical processes that bring clarity and follow‑through.

The role requires hands‑on operational leadership at the intersection of People Operations, program coordination, and team operations, with a focus on improving efficiency behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or related field.
• Experience in budgets, vendors, onboarding, or admin processes.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate People Operations Initiatives and manage timelines, meetings, deliverables, and stakeholder input.
• Keep the team on schedule by maintaining calendars, meeting notes, and status updates.
• Own onboarding for the People Operations team, creating resources, checklists, and schedules.
• Support budgeting, vendor management, and cross‑functional communications within People Operations.
• Assist the SVP and leadership with priority planning, materials, and board/company communications.
