Job summary

Riot Platforms, Inc. in Round Rock, TX is seeking an L&D Specialist to build and run learning programs supporting onboarding, leadership development, and technical training.

You will collaborate with People Operations and Talent Management to design engaging learning experiences for employees across the organization. You will own programs end-to-end, facilitate sessions, manage LMS activities, and analyze outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or related experience preferred.
• Experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating learning programs.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and managing enterprise learning initiatives.
• Facilitation and presentation skills.
• Learning program management.
• Project management.
• Learning content development.
• Business partnership and stakeholder consultation.
• Experience utilizing and managing various LMS systems.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Canva, or similar tools.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled learning tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own assigned learning programs from planning through evaluation.
• Manage onboarding, employee development, compliance, leadership, internship, technical training, and other programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, and communications.
• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual learning experiences.
• Design and develop facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, videos, eLearning modules, and performance support resources.
• Maintain and continuously improve learning content.
• Partner with managers to identify capability gaps and recommend learning solutions.
• Conduct learning needs analyses and translate findings into development plans.
• Administer LMS including curricula, learning paths, certifications, enrollments, reporting, and data integrity.
• Recommend system improvements to improve learner experience.
• Analyze participation, feedback, assessments, and business outcomes.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
• Support employee development, IDPs, career growth, succession, and internal mobility.
• Build trusted partnerships with managers and business leaders to identify capability needs.
