Job summary

Croud is seeking a People Operations & Payroll Coordinator to support day-to-day People Ops across US/EMEA. You’ll maintain accurate employee data, coordinate payroll and benefits, and assist onboarding/offboarding. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and responsive employee support.

Partner with the Head of Compensation and Benefits and contribute to scalable, efficient processes while upholding Croud’s values and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced HR Administration or Payroll support role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Knowledge of UK payroll processes (SSP, SMP, SPP) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for HR enquiries via the ticketing desk (Freshdesk).
• Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through changes, promotions, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation across systems.
• Coordinate payroll changes for UK, US and Dubai regions; ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage benefits enrolment, updates, and queries.
• Support compliance, data governance, and reporting for People Operations.
• Assist with monthly reporting and broader HR initiatives.
