Job summary

Grandstand is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to manage multi-country payroll coordination, focusing on Europe while supporting US operations. You will partner with outsourced providers, Finance, and Legal to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing and reporting across jurisdictions.

You will also leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance data analysis, maintain data protection standards, and support payroll improvements. A fast-paced, cross-functional environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a payroll coordination/specialist/administrator role
• Exposure to European/multi-country payroll
• Experience coordinating with outsourced payroll providers or bureaus
• Knowledge of PAYE, tax compliance, and labour regulations in at least one European jurisdiction
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and HR
• Comfort with AI tools to enhance productivity and reporting

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labour regulations, and reporting requirements across jurisdictions
• Coordinate with outsourced payroll providers across Europe
• Review provider performance and ensure alignment with Grandstand's standards
• Resolve payroll-related issues with Finance and legal teams
• Lead data collection, input, and reporting across payroll
• Coordinate with Finance/Legal on compliance matters
• Be the go-to for employee inquiries on payroll, taxes, and deductions
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement payroll process improvements
• Prepare and present payroll data for management reporting and audits
