Job summary

Audiense, the audience intelligence platform, seeks a Senior People Operations Coordinator to join our People & Culture team in Kentucky. You will lead payroll processing via Rippling, administer benefits, and support HR systems and employee processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.

This hands-on role requires accuracy and strong communication as you partner with Finance, HR, and vendors to maintain compliant and reliable people data.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Rippling payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration.
• Experience onboarding, offboarding, and HR data management.

Responsibilities

• Own the preparation and processing of global payroll through Rippling.
• Conduct pre payroll audits and reconcile reports.
• Administer benefits programs including enrollments and changes.
• Support onboarding, changes, promotions, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain confidential employee records and respond to questions.
• Coordinate Open Enrollment and HR reporting activities.
• Ensure payroll and benefits compliance with applicable laws.
