Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support a growing West Palm Beach organization. This in-office role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations to manage the full employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR generalist experience, strong data analytics, HRIS proficiency, and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset. You will partner with leadership on succession planning, workforce forecasting, and retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years HR generalist experience with end-to-end operations.
• Strong data analytics skills; ability to generate HR metrics.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and policy compliance.
• Proficiency in HRIS, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
• Experience with performance management and development planning.
• Excellent onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations skills.
• Ability to manage recruitment pipelines and time-to-fill targets.
• Strong collaboration with leadership on succession planning and career paths.
• Comfort working in a growth-oriented, high-visibility, target-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations to ensure accurate HR data and processes.
• Administer recruitment workflow and maintain candidate pipelines for timely fills.
• Administer performance management cycles and track individual development plans.
• Generate HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding with a focus on retention.
• Assist in compensation processing, merit-based reviews, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure policy compliance, employee relations, and conflict resolution support.
• Facilitate learning and development initiatives aligned with growth goals.
• Support workforce planning using pipelines and territory-based forecasting.
• Collaborate with leadership to define succession planning and career paths.
• Administer benefits programs and respond to employee questions and enrollment needs.
