Advanced Personnel Resources, Inc. is seeking a highly organized HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and HR recordkeeping.

The ideal candidate will handle confidential information with discretion, work independently, manage multiple priorities, and partner with leadership to foster a positive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years in HR or related administrative role preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR activities and employee inquiries.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and HR records.
• Update HRIS and other HR systems with accurate data.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and background checks.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientations, and offboarding.
• Support benefits administration and payroll-related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
