OpenArt is seeking an experienced People Operations / HR Generalist to design and manage a thoughtful, efficient employee experience for a fast-growing AI platform.

You’ll own core HR operations across the lifecycle and implement scalable processes to support a global team, onsite in the Bay Area. The role emphasizes strong judgment, policy-building, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and California requirements.
• Experience supporting global teams across onsite and remote locations.

Responsibilities

• Own core People operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day People matters.
• Maintain and improve HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal and other teams on cross-functional People needs.
• Continuously improve and automate People processes to support a growing global organization.
