Job summary

Community Action Partnership Belknap-Merrimack Counties in Concord, NH is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR team. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, and HR compliance while partnering with managers to provide timely, confidential HR support.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, two years of HR experience, and proficiency with HRIS/ATS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• At least two years of HR experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS and benefits administration advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR records.
• Support benefits enrollment and leave administration.
• Assist with workers’ compensation, unemployment and compliance tasks.
• Provide confidential HR support to employees and managers.
• Assist HR projects and process improvements.
