The role serves as a bridge between employees and HR operations to ensure compliant and smooth processes. Education: Associates required; Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree in HR strongly preferred.
• 1 year HR experience required.
• Strong communication and confidentiality in all HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & onboarding coordination for interviews, screenings, and offers.
• Support training initiatives and maintain HR records and compliance.
• Coordinate wellness events and employee engagement activities.
• Handle general HR duties, policy inquiries, and benefits questions.
• Back up HR team during PTO or high workload as needed.
