Maybelle Center in Portland, OR is seeking an HR Coordinator dedicated to creating a welcoming candidate and new hire experience from day one. You will guide applicants through recruitment, manage onboarding logistics, and serve as a friendly, informed point of contact throughout the process.

This role supports payroll and HRIS tasks, maintains records, and ensures compliance while delivering high-touch service to candidates, new hires, and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR role or a similar position.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative functions.
• Experience coordinating recruitment activities including posting job openings, applicant screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating pre-employment processes.
• Experience coordinating employee onboarding activities, including facilitating orientation and documentation.
• Experience providing exceptional customer service to candidates, employees, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities and support efficient hiring processes within ATS.
• Assist onboarding by scheduling sessions and preparing materials.
• Serve as a main contact for candidates and new hires, ensuring timely communication.
• Support payroll processing backup and HR reports from HRIS.
• Assist with HR policies and compliance documentation.
